Prayer Shawl Ministry

The vision of the Prayer Shawl Ministry is to create a Sacred Space to combine the care and love of knitting into a prayerful ministry that reaches out to those in need of comfort and solace. Small groups meet to knit shawls, pray for those in our church family in need, and pray and support each other. Shawls will be given to members of our church family and possibly others in need of prayer and comfort.

A prayer shawl can be commissioned by making a donation to the ministry, which will include the cost of the shawl and funds for two additional shawls to be given by the church as appropriate.
